MoodMission is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), a well-established psychological therapy for anxiety and depression. It is suitable for anyone looking to elevate their daily mood or seeking additional support for anxiety or depression.
A randomized controlled trial by Bakker et al. (2019) demonstrated that MoodMission contributes to enhanced mental health and well-being. Supporting studies by Bakker & Rickard (2019) and Bakker et al. (2018) have also been published in scientific journals.
By completing Missions, users unlock rewards within the app, fostering motivation towards healthier, happier, and more confident living. The Mission log allows users to monitor their progress effectively.
